Alexander’s was one of the first companies in our industry to achieve ISO 9000 certification. We currently maintain a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

QUALITY PROGRAM & ISO CERTIFICATION

ISO is a global program that assists companies in establishing and maintaining consistent, measurable, repeatable processes. Companies, like Alexander’s, whose quality programs meet ISO standards undergo regular audits to ensure that quality is a daily commitment for everyone within the organization. Awards and Recognition

Receiving recognition for our hard work and success validates the efforts of our employees, professional van operators, and crew members. Without our dedicated team members, none of Alexander’s achievements would be possible. We are honored to receive awards for both quality and performance excellence from our van line, our partners, and our clients.

Each year, Atlas honors their best performing agents for their commitment to quality with the Milton M. Hill Quality Award. To earn this recognition, agents must exceed exacting standards in every aspect of their business from customer service and customer satisfaction ratings to safety, warehouse ratings, and claims performance. To date, Alexander’s has won this honor more times than any other Atlas Agent.
The Atlas Specialized Transportation Group Quality Award is modeled after the Milton M. Hill Quality Award, but tailored specifically to the unique requirements of relocating specialized products. Requirements for the award include a perfect 5.0 facility rating.
Criteria for this award include an overall customer satisfaction rating of “Outstanding,” and a minimum of 90% of customers must report they would use Atlas again. Safety and claims are also very important and measured in this category. This award represents the overwhelming positive comments customers make about the service they receive from their Atlas Agents.
The Superior Packing Award is granted to agents who demonstrate care for customers’ belongings with an exceptionally low incidence of claims.
Alexander’s drivers work hard to exceed our customer’s expectations on each and every move, always striving for perfection. Those that succeed in meeting this goal are rewarded with the Atlas Customer Service Award. In 2014, 44 Alexander’s professional van operators consistently exceeded the expectations of their relocating families, and were awarded the 2015 Atlas Scroll of Honor.
